Account Manager, Inside Sales

Overview

Account Manager, Inside Sales at RUCKUS Networks (Charlotte, NC).

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with field sales and partner ecosystem.
• Qualify leads through new business/project publications and inbound lead generation tools.
• Use internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations.
• Manage opportunities in CRM, create account plans, and implement RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
• Conduct outbound call‑out campaigns and cold calling to generate sales leads.
• Follow up on inbound calls, convert to sales opportunities, and maintain a healthy database (D365/SFDC).

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings.
• Self‑motivated and driven to succeed with a data‑driven coaching mindset.

Salary range: $69,000.00 – $. Comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death insurance, and participation in the Sales Incentive Plan.
