Role Description

The Commercial Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and fostering client relationships. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, and achieving sales goals by offering customized security solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, that requires collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional departments to deliver client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Customer relationship management skills, emphasizing communication, negotiation, and customer service excellence.
  • Technical aptitude to understand security systems, products, and solutions; ability to explain offerings to clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a sales role.
  • Previous experience in the security industry or a related field is a plus. A passion for safety and security is highly beneficial.
