Job OverviewYou will lead and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, managing inbound and outbound teams and maintaining a multi‑million dollar pipeline. You are responsible for developing outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. You will also experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs.
- Maintain and grow a multi‑million dollar pipeline.
- Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement using data analytics.
- Collaborate cross‑team to build a strong sales culture.
- Excellent academic results at school and university.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.
- Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration.
- Leadership experience of one form or another.
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
- Distributed work environment with bi‑annual in‑person team sprints.
