What You’ll Do As a Sales and Marketing Traineeyou will represent our clients within a retail environment by engaging directly with customers, promoting brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is well suited for individuals who excel in face-to-face interactions and are seeking to develop foundational skills in marketing, sales, and leadership.
Responsibilities Include- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner within a retail environment
- Execute in-store marketing and promotional initiatives in alignment with campaign objectives
- Educate customers on products, services, and brand messaging to support informed purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics to support continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A coachable, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Charlotte, NC
