Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments.

• This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Charlotte, NC office. Remote or hybrid work is not available
• 40 hours per week
• Shifts scheduled between:
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• No Sundays

• $30,000 - $75,000 per year
• Paid as an hourly rate plus commission
• Strong performers typically land in the $50K-$75K range once established

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams
• Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database
• Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Promote Southern National's roofing solutions and customer experience
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

• Experience in inside sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers

• Average first year income range: $30,000 -$75,000 (Hourly rate plus commission and bonuses)
