Basic Function
Inside Sale Representative is responsible for managing strong business relationships and identifying existing customer buying patterns, exploring opportunities of existing and new customers. Collaborate with sales to work with internal departments to attain company's sales goals and maximize profitability.
To perform this job successfully, this individual must have a positive attitude, be trustworthy, be very well organized, and familiar with various sales concepts, practices and procedures. This position relies on successfully proven experience and thoughtful judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The qualified individual is expected to perform a variety of sales & business tasks. A wide degree of creativity and accountability is expected.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Ability to recognize, isolate and solve problems with customers and GITI internal departments that improve overall processes, sales and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maximizing sales within the assigned territory through strategic account planning based on customer purchase history, buying patterns, and feedback, such as market and competitor trends, and positively respond to customer & consumer inquiries in a prompt, correct and efficient manner.
- Evaluate and provide the most efficient order fulfillment plan and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure clear communication with all parties to achieve timely order delivery and high level of customer satisfaction. Inside sales representative must consult and guide their assigned customers to maximize fill rate, reorders and on time deliveries while ensuring Giti Manages its margins through minimal logistic costs.
- Grow GITI dealer network with both existing and new customers through strong customer relationships, a good understanding of the customers’ business needs, and constant analysis of the customer account.
- Administer and update customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications as required. Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.
- Support retailers, wholesaler’s sales personnel and GITI Associate Dealers with proper training and implementation of sales programs & promotions by providing information through phone, email or face-to-face presentations to effectively sell & promote GITI Tire products.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of GITI Tire’s complete product line and knowledge of the competition and what products and services they offer.
- Generate sales report, analyze each account buying pattern and discuss with field sales, and provide clear communication to the internal stakeholders on the assigned accounts’ monthly performance. (e.g. monthly sales results, filing rate, back-order, on-time delivery, customer feedback, and forecasts).

This position requires a high school diploma.
ExperiencePrior account management experience or relevant role highly desired. Basic consumer tire sales and/or vehicle maintenance experience would be beneficial but not required.
Computer & Technical Skills- Knowable working with ERP systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and customer account management a plus.
- Basic knowledge:
Microsoft Excel skills, including
Pivot Tables, OMS, and MPS (Data analysis for sales reporting).
