• Drive lead outreach, conversion, and membership sales
• Greet and connect with members and prospects
• Give studio tours and follow up with leads
• Support marketing and community outreach events
• Help achieve monthly sales and KPI goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns

• 1–2 years of sales experience (fitness preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently

• $20/hour + commissions + quarterly bonuses
