Smartech is growing and looking for a team member to join our technical salesteam — someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering know-how and customer focus.

• Have the skills to work directly with manufacturing customers to understand their needs and fit our technical products to their applications.
• Enjoy variety and confidently wear many hats— sales & marketing, customer support, occasional help with logistics, and collaborating across our agile team.
• Are self-starters with the drive to take initiative and move projects forward independently.
• Have experience in - or the capacity to quickly learn about - industrial lamination processes(3D lamination / 3DL) and high-performance silicone membranes.
• Are available for occasional travel for customer visits and trade shows.
• Know they’ve landed in a great spot and make their career here.

• Application engineers or technical sales engineers.
• Customer support or inside sales reps with strong technical curiosity.
• Experienced field technicians and/or production engineers who are ready to move into a customer-facing sales role.
• Sales professionals in 3D lamination, woodworking, or thermoforming.

German language skills are a strong plus (but not required). You’ll often coordinate with our European manufacturing partner, and we’ll support your growth if you’re willing to learn.
