About the company:
Series A B2B SaaS platform focused on engineering & software delivery performance. Helps senior leaders improve predictability, planning, and execution. Provides real-time visibility across complex development environments. Used by large, enterprise-scale engineering organizations. Operating in the Dev Ops/engineering analytics space.
What you’ll be doing :- Winning new enterprise customers through outbound, partners, and targeted events
- Engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Dev Ops, IT, and the Executive team
- Running complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers
- Building strong business cases, managing long buying cycles, and closing high‑value contracts
- Consistently delivering against ambitious quarterly and annual new business targets
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (MEDDPIC/MEDDICC trained preferred)
- Experience selling into technical and engineering leadership
- Comfortable with sales cycles in the range of three to six months
- Hybrid hunter seller with outbound and inbound experience
- Experience with Dev Ops or engineering tooling is a significant advantage
