Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our lithium batteries, and assist with product selection knowledge
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Bilingual Chinese/English Preferred
