We are seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager for our Charlotte, NC territory.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain existing customers and acquire new ones within a defined geographic area
  • Cold call and prospect for new business
  • Manage open orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and communication
  • Update CRM daily and plan your schedule around an organized outside sales approach
  • Build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Assist in solving customer problems to keep the industry running

Experience, Education, and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of industrial sales experience in repair services, with preference for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and account development
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required
  • Ability to drive to customer sites and lift up to 50 lbs
