Job Title: Outside Sales Representative ($75k-$200k+)
Top reps earn $150k–$300k+ annually!

Responsibilities- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to generate leads
- Perform roof and exterior inspections — remember we train you!
- Help homeowners file insurance claims — attend adjuster meetings and close deals
- Build rock-solid relationships with customers, ensuring they’re happy from start to finish
- Stay updated on the latest trends and materials to become a roofing pro
- Sales experience (roofing, gutters, construction, outside sales or any related field is a plus, but not required)
- Must be physically able to climb roofs daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get you to appointments and the office
- Go-getter who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile
- Enjoy building relationships and are a natural communicator
- Weekly Pay
- Fast Start Bonus — earn up to $20,000 in additional bonuses; you are eligible for these within your first week with the company
