What you will do
  • Educate customers in new comfort systems.
  • Execute sales presentations following company procedures, building value beyond the customer’s investment.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments by asking questions to discover needs.
  • Obtain customer authorized agreement for all jobs.
  • Complete proposals and price jobs within company guidelines.
  • Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers.
  • Follow up site visits to assure quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure profitability by accurately proposing all jobs and emphasizing quality and value.
  • Review all jobs with the department manager.
  • Communicate with support staff efficiently about jobs, financing and scheduling.
  • Submit required photos, forms and specifications via email in a timely manner.
  • Communicate job requirements to installers through verbal, visual and written means.
  • Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation to ensure quality.
  • Prospect for new customers by outbound calling or contacting neighbors of recent installation customers.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.
What you need
  • 2–3 years of sales experience.
  • 1 year of HVAC experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Valid US Driver’s License.
  • Pass a drug screen, background, and motor‑vehicle check.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Flexible working hours, including day, night, and weekend.
Compensation

USD $50,000.00–USD $ per year.
