Are you looking for your first opportunity in Sales? This role could be perfect for you! We are growing and expanding in the US, and we are looking for proactive and eager-to-learn people to join our Sales team as Business Development Representatives. The main goal for this position is to use a variety of lead generation/marketing activities to generate appointments for Endava’s Sales team.
Besides, you must be able to generate interest in Endava’s services and raise Endava’s profile in key industry verticals. Are you ready for your next challenge? Don't hesitate to apply.
- Organize and manage tele-prospecting (cold calling) campaigns, where messages (either specific Endava service or generic introduction to Endava) are delivered to a range of prospective clients.
- Organize a list of clients to contact (database cleansing, purchase etc.)
- Time management to ensure maximum productivity.
- Define, select, organize and manage events for inviting prospective clients.
- Contact list of prospective clients using a variety of media to invite them to events.
- Coordinate logistics of events with marketing/PR (both internal and external).
- Coordinate internal resources for event content.
- Develop relationships with C-Level executives.
- Begin to learn and understand the full sales process.
- Following relevant sector trends and news flow.
- Develop the necessary skills to further your career in business development.
- Suggest alternative lead generation methods.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Quick and proactive learning style.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to present to people.
- Exposure to telephone sales (ideally lead generation activity).
- Exposure to event organization.
- Demonstrable experience in networking and lead generation.
- Demonstrable experience in working to and meeting targets in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with marketing principles to facilitate alternative Lead Gen activities.
- Experience in telephone sales in an IT organization or IT Recruitment Company.
- Experience in IT services, or IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of the IT industry would be highly beneficial.
