Junior Marketing Associate

Co Mark is looking for an Junior Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and campaign execution, all while representing nationally recognized brands. Individuals will represent our clients' brands in retail locations to generate new sales and increase brand awareness.

Hiring IMMEDIATELY for this HANDS-ON, ON-SITE role!

• Assist in planning and launching in-store retail marketing and sales campaigns
• Interact directly with customers to promote products, provide support, and close sales
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Work closely with team leaders to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness
• Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture through strong communication and initiative

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn — no experience required, we’ll train you
