On the Call Center Business Retention team, you’ll find solutions to maintain and grow existing relationships with our business customers who request to downgrade or disconnect their Spectrum services. In this role you should be goal-orientated, motivated to succeed, and focused on the customer experience. Days are busy and fast-paced, with numerous opportunities to work with others while building meaningful contacts and connections.

WHAT OUR CALL CENTER BUSINESS RETENTION SALES REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for skillfully retaining customers through positive customer relationship building. This includes but is not limited to: diffusing the irate customer situation by utilizing strong listening skills and probing techniques and identifying reason(s) for disconnect and overcoming objections.
- Creating and developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Developing customer-centric solutions and delivering recommendations to right size their business on product benefits.
- Working through business class customer complaints by understanding the complexity of business telecom needs and how to right size their business. Act as a consultant addressing business needs.
- Professionally communicating and handling all business class customers' concerns with tact and empathy from a business owner perspective.
- Saving and re-selling the value of our products and services by properly aligning their features, benefits, and price with the needs of our customers by effectively transitioning from saving to upgrading the customer to additional products and services.
- Educating commercial customers on the competitive advantages of Business products, services, and support.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. - Technical skills:
Can effectively troubleshoot technical problems. - Language:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Skills:
Knowledge of Charter Business Internet, video, music, data, and telephone products and services. Knowledge of Business Telecom complexities. Problem solver with effective persuasion skills. - Abilities:
Can demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date. Can empathize with the customer. Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented. Can show judgment and initiative. Can communicate in a clear, professional manner. Ability to use computer and software applications (i.e. CSG, Salesforce, survey software). - Working conditions:
