The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Ethico is built for driven, curious professionals who want to master the front end of the sales cycle and grow into future sales or leadership positions. This role is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and designed for people who thrive on creating opportunity.
As an SDR, you’ll learn how to identify and engage senior decision-makers, craft messaging that resonates, and open doors to meaningful conversations with organizations across industries. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline, uncover business needs, and position Ethico’s solutions as the answer to those challenges.
Expect to become an expert in prospecting strategy, modern sales technology, and account-based outreach. You’ll use tools like Hub Spot, Orum, Clay, and Linked In Sales Navigator to research, personalize, and connect with prospects efficiently. Success in this role means mastering the fundamentals of consultative sales, consistently exceeding activity goals, and helping drive measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities- Maintain a high number of outbound calls, emails, and Linked In activity each day
- Generate, qualify, and drive new leads and opportunities for complex deals
- Build trusted relationships with prospective customers, delivering exceptional service and experiences
- Uncover, qualify, nurture the sales pipeline for the US region
- Call companies (outbound) to schedule meetings for the Account Executive Team
- Work with Marketing on prospect outreach
- Proactive prospecting activity: research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
- Work closely with AEs to ensure prospect pipeline progresses
- Crush daily objectives for prospecting calls, follow-up, targeted emails, and Linked In touches
- Successfully convert prospecting activity into qualified booked demos for Account Executives
- Manage and create multiple campaigns; develop and improve outreach playbooks
- Continuously pursue knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Manage accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Hub Spot
- Manage and qualify inbound leads received through our AI workflows.
- Previous success with SaaS, bonus points for Compliance/GRC experience
- Previous success with consultative sales, business development, prospecting, and/or inside sales (over phone, email, Linked In, etc)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships quickly, both internally and externally
- Experience with Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Orum, and Zoominfo, or similar
