You will engage directly with Fortune 500 and other enterprise clients, driving new business and revenue growth in IT staffing and consulting services.

• Prospect & Expand Accounts – Identify, engage, and convert enterprise leads into long-term partnerships.
• Own the Sales Cycle – From initial outreach to contract signing, drive revenue through strategic sales execution.
• Develop Client Relationships – Build trusted partnerships with IT decision-makers and hiring leaders.
• Leverage Vertical Accounts – Work with similar clients and showcase what PTP is doing in other regions to help identify opportunities.

• Hunter Mindset – You thrive in outbound sales, love networking, and enjoy winning deals.
• IT Sales Expertise – 4+ years of B2B sales in IT staffing, consulting, or technology solutions.
