The Retail Employee / Project Specialist Early Morning shifts is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order.

Availability: Must be available on both Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Currently, this role offers approximately 5–10 hours of work per week, depending on our truck delivery schedule. If you have availability outside of these truck delivery days or can stock product on other weekday mornings, additional shifts may be available.

Shift Differential: A $2 per hour differential will be paid for early morning shifts that begin between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. and spend unloading trucks and merchandising the store prior to opening.

• Work merchandise processing during early morning or evenings (based on the schedule), unloading trucks, lifting boxes, merchandising products, climbing ladders, and working at a safe but fast pace.
• Welcome and greet all customers either as Host at the front entrance or throughout the store.
• Connect with our customers throughout the store, suggesting solutions to their organizational challenges.
• Design and sell custom closets and other storage and organization solutions.
• Serve as a register person with strong focus on providing a great customer experience during checkout.
• Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
• Maintain the sales floor—keep shelves full and presented according to our brand standards.
• Support carry‑out to our customers’ cars whether through curbside or in the parking lot/garage.
• Assist with cleaning routines around the store—dusting, restrooms and vacuuming.
• Process customers’ orders for curbside pick‑up and/or delivery.
• Organize the stockroom, ensuring it is well‑maintained to support selling efforts of the store.
• Adhere to the time expectations established for the role, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness while exhibiting pace and attention to detail.
• Actively engage with customers to solve their organizational challenges.

• Available for early morning shifts starting between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understands retail is an ever‑changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
