Our goals include becoming Climate Positive by 2025 and Circular by 2030. We operate globally with 50+ stores and our own sustainable factory in LA, innovating across accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear.

No position at Reformation is about the status quo. The Associate will execute all efforts required to achieve individual sales goals.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in‑store experience that both surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver and foster a culture of excellent client experience through a customer‑first mindset to build long‑term loyalty.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and educating customers about sustainability.
• Maintain exceptional service evaluation scores through NPS.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and store controls.
• Contribute to loss prevention in all areas.
• Uphold time‑and‑attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
• Share deep product knowledge with enthusiasm.
• Communicate customer feedback to improve product and merchandising.
• Help create an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
• Reflect core values and culture in all efforts.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

• Experience working in a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse personalities.
• Self‑motivated drive to take on new challenges.

$18 per hour. Minimum 20 hours per week with at least 3 days per week, weekends included. Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) may be required.
