Are you ready to help keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy? Walmart is hiring a Stocking Team Associate in Charlotte, NC.

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and maintaining the backroom. The role requires the ability to lift objects in excess of 50 pounds and, when needed, operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and palletize goods.
• Stock new freight in the retail and back‑room areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy‑machinery equipment when required.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Hourly wage: $15.00–$28.00 per hour.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
