All About Style: A team of consultants who meet guests where they are to deliver strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization for replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services functions such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with laws where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members and helping others.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active role where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication and teamwork; ability to work independently and with a team; quick guest issue resolution.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and handle merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
