All about Style: A team of consultants who meet guests where they are and deliver through strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set full with the right product, pricing, signs, sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving items from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; comply with relevant laws and policies.
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment with teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Strong interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across devices, operate handheld scanners, and use technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Be prepared to work in varying temperatures and conditions; maintain mobility during shifts.
