Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Assist customers in shopping our store and finding what they need. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

Major Activities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.

Complete framing orders accurately and on time.

Maintain the readiness of the frame department and other assigned areas, including stock replenishment.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.

Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.

Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.

Participate in unloading trucks and stocking to standards and within budget.

Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.

Acknowledge customers, assist in locating products, and offer solutions.

Support Omni-channel processes.

Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Required

Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.

Preferred Experience

Retail experience.
Experience selling products and services to customers.

Physical Requirements

Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
Lifting heavy objects and accessing high shelves with ladders.

Work Environment

Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
