The Consumer Engagement Team is a national marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to:

• Generate trial of Monster Energy products by consumers
• Communicate the brand-specific messaging to consumers
• Assist with Lead Generation for Sales Division
• Develop and Strengthen Key Account Relationships
• Build Centers of Influence Network
• Support Sales efforts through event sampling & merchandising (as needed)

Ambassadors will have several roles related to consumer engagement & merchandising, including:

• Generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling
• Approach consumers who need energy and generate trial
• Distribute POS materials to reinforce brand loyalty
• Care for program materials assets responsibly
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule
• Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform
• Ensure professionalism, communication, and proactive interactions with consumers
• Respond promptly to Team Lead and Regional Manager
• Manage inventory of regional storage units
• Assist in recruiting additional team members
• Support event planning, logistics, and partnerships

• Merchandise MEC products in the cold vault and coolers
• Conduct store checks to ensure products are stocked as per schematics
• Ensure POS displays are correct and accurate
• Transmit daily account data via app-based tools

• Ability to stand for long periods
• May require travel
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Clean driving record
• Age 21 or older
• Flexible to work various shifts (including days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Commute to storage warehouse in 28134 zip code

Base Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
