Retail Store Team Leader (Full-Time)

Job Description

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full‑time Team Leader and be a role model, providing a brand experience to our customers. This role includes training the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information
  • Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
  • Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and profitable sales
  • Replenish all fixtures promptly
  • Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business further
  • Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values
Qualifications
  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
  • Experience delivering employee training
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience
  • Proficiency with point of sale automated systems
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising knowledge
  • Physical requirements:

    constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Full availability to work 40 hours per week
