Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate – Part Time. Be an ambassador of our brand, greet and assist customers, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Shifts are flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in locating merchandise
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Ring up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
- Excited to deliver great value to customers every day
- Take pride and ownership in helping drive positive results for a team

Base Pay: $13.00 per hour. Competitive wage, flexible hours, and associate discount. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
