Description Stylist (Part-Time) Position Summary

As part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will introduce our customers to the most innovative premium denim on the market and contribute to the continued success of our brand. The stylist plays a key role in our stores by serving as an ambassador of the 7 For All Mankind brand and culture, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement.

The key role of the Stylist is to contribute to the success of the store by consistently demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the overall store success.
  • Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
  • Sets an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
  • Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
  • Builds client relationships and generates excitement about our product through client outreach.
  • Works with Store Manager to set goals for personal skill development.
  • Assists the store management team with operational tasks such as replenishing stock levels, maintaining organization of the stockroom, and supporting sales promotions.
  • Maintains a neat, clean, and well-presented store environment.
  • Supports scheduling needs and embodies the brand in all interactions.
  • Ensures awareness of loss prevention strategies to protect the store.
  • Adheres to company policies, standards, practices, and regulations, including dress code and attendance.
  • Supports visual, operational, and marketing directives to ensure proper execution.
Required Skills
  • Ability to meet performance expectations.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High initiative and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to operate cash register accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures.
Education/Experience
  • At least 1 year of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Repetitive hand motion when operating cash register or computer.
  • Interacting with the public in a busy, noisy store environment.
  • Standing for entire shift.
  • Operating office equipment.
  • Working weekends and nights.
  • Climbing ladders and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
