Team Leader, Retail

Overview

Join LEGO Brand Retail as a full-time Store Team Leader (Charlotte, NC). You will provide a brand experience for customers and train the team to exceed standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

• Maximize profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
• Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
• Ensure that the store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
• Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished
• Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
• Delivery of Employee training
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
• Point of sale automated systems
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
• Physical requirements:
  
  constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision: close vision, depth perception, and adjustable focus; lifting at least 30 lbs
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

The LEGO Group provides compensation in the range of $20.11 to $21.51 per hour, depending on responsibilities, market benchmarks and other factors. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
