About the RoleAs General Manager of the Southpark S/C store, you will lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, drive profitable sales growth, and create a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will align store operations with the brand vision and serve as the link between that vision and daily execution.
What You’ll- Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive key performance indicators.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, and product operations.
- Manage store budget, daily operations, and P&L support.
- Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
- Coach and provide feedback to ensure team performance excellence.
- Teach and train staff to build capabilities.
- Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
- Create an inclusive environment and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies.
- Represent the brand, understand competitors, and promote community involvement.
- Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met.
- 3‑5 years of retail experience leading others.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate effectively.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, office; work with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required.
- Strong business acumen, time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
