A Sales Professional in the Rolex Boutique is accountable for creating best in class experiences through brand ambassadorship with consistency and finesse. A key focus of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, demonstrating passion for the brand, appealing environments, and supporting brand and company initiatives.

• Provide a welcoming and luxurious environment for customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and build trust.
• Implement brand strategies and maintain luxury product presentation.
• Efficiently close sales and collect client information for future interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Focus on clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Accept feedback from managers to improve sales performance.

• Adhere to security procedures and dress code policies.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training.

Hourly wage plus commission.
