As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador. You’ll wear, layer, and style looks for our customers, creating an elevated retail experience. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge, and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service.

• Customer Service:

• Styling:

• Operations:
  • You are comfortable leveraging POS technology to support daily store operations.
  • You maintain floor standards by following visual directives and keep the store environment beautiful.
  • You take initiative restocking and completing tasks during downtime.
  • You help fulfill BOPIS and Same‑Day Delivery orders for a smooth customer experience.
  • You assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments so the right items are on the floor at the right time.
• Additional Duties: (This list is not exhaustive)
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Execute monthly floorset directives highlighting new launches.
  • Handle weekly cash deposits with precision.
  • Facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the warehouse.

• Love for the gorjana brand.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to open or close the store.
