Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life.

They are brand ambassadors who build excitement around our products and services and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience continuously evolve. The role is a learning position where new associates develop skills, complete training, and build customer relationships.

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the smartphone device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and process training.
• Learn and apply new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Maximize time on shift by seeking information between customers and learning innovations in wireless technology.
• Handle cash and perform store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and support team initiatives.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
