• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Assist with catering events as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet customer needs
• Uphold high standards of quality in food preparation and presentation

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities
• Familiarity with fine dining practices
• Strong understanding of food service procedures
• Ability to use knives and kitchen equipment effectively
• Certification in food handling is a plus
