JobOverview
The Busperson plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. The primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and organized dining area, supporting our servers and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Table Setting and Clearing:
Set tables according to established standards, including linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments. - Table Setting and Clearing:
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, removing dirty dishes and debris. - Table Setting and Clearing:
Restock side stations with necessary supplies. - Cleaning and Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining surfaces. - Cleaning and Sanitation:
Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Cleaning and Sanitation:
Assist with cleaning and organizing the back-of-house areas. - Beverage Service:
Refill water glasses and coffee/tea pots as needed. - Beverage Service:
Assist servers with beverage service, including carrying trays and delivering drinks. - Guest Service:
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Guest Service:
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. - Guest Service:
Address guest concerns and questions in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and other items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
