Full & Part Time – Monday to Sunday nights and weekends required. Details discussed during interview.

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Previous supervisory experience highly preferred.

Coordinates activities of other food‑service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors.

• Provides quality customer service with one‑on‑one attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items per company standards.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints at the time of the complaint and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Uses proper systems for required reports (inventory‑cash reports, production records, payroll and time‑keeping).
• Responsible for proper cash handling per Food Accounting Manual.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs and participates in sanitation and safety of facility and employees.
• Develops sanitation schedule and ensures adherence.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Helps select and orient employees; oversees staff training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
