We are excited to announce our 9th Naked Farmer location in Charlotte! We will be opening in mid‑January and are excited to begin accepting applications.

Naked Farmer is a farm‑to‑table restaurant serving seasonal vegetables throughout Florida. We are a multi‑unit restaurant group looking to build on a culture of driven curiosity and ambitious innovation, finding and implementing new solutions to offer a simple, healthy, affordable meal. Dishwasher & Prep

Compensation: $17‑$17.50 per hour

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher, where your role is crucial in maintaining the backbone of our food service operations. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, including the proper storage and rotation of produce and food orders, ensuring our cooking items and tools meet our stringent quality standards, and maintaining a spotless work environment.

You will
  • Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity.
  • Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness.
  • Skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen.
  • Thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery.
  • Remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team’s needs at any time.

  • A keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
  • Familiarity with using various types of kitchen equipment and a willingness to follow safety guidelines.
