Cafe Attendant - Barista

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, positive, service-oriented, highly energetic and self-motivated Barista/Café/Market Attendant to join our team. This individual will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. They will work closely with the hotel's Food & Beverage Team. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.

You should be able to work various shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s Food & Beverage Team to maintain service standards.
• Ensure quality products are delivered consistently and adhere to Hilton Brand Hotels standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries or special requests.
• Operate and maintain brewing equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Work various shifts as needed to support café/market operations.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and uphold brand expectations.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates and basic beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $12 per hour + gratuities
