About the Role

As our Executive Chef, you’ll lead a talented kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and craft unforgettable dining experiences. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in elevated Japanese and Asian cuisine while driving innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience
    : 6+ years managing high-volume, upscale kitchens, with at least 2 years as an Executive Chef.
  • Culinary Expertise
    :
    Strong background in Japanese or Asian cuisine.
  • Leadership
    :
    Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team.
  • Business Acumen
    :
    Skilled in managing food costs, labor, and restaurant financials.
  • Flexibility
    :
    Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in creating exceptional, ingredient-driven dishes.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate leaders to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Be a hands-on leader, working alongside the team during prep and service.
