Laboratory Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at a facility in Charlotte, NC.

• Conduct quality control tests, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform analytical measurements, and ensure formulations meet specified standards.
• Follow strict laboratory protocols, document test results, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field is preferred.
• Associate's degree is required in chemistry, biology, or engineering.
• Proficiency in handling and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Strong skills in quality control and analytical testing.
• Practical experience with laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and tasks specific to laboratory technicians.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is an advantage.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
• 0 - 4 years experience as a lab technician.
• Experience in running a viscometer or rheometer, DSC, and weighing samples on a lab scale.
