WHERE

THE ROLE IS LOCATED
  • Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Manage lease abstraction, compliance, critical date tracking, and ongoing enforcement of lease terms
  • Perform rent-related calculations—including escalations, CPI adjustments, late fees—and ensure timely invoicing
  • Maintain master lease files, tenant correspondence, insurance documentation, and monthly rent roll accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison across accounting, leasing, asset management, and property management to streamline operations
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Must have commercial real estate experience supporting lease administration and CAM reconciliations
  • Ability to interpret lease language, financial obligations, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents
  • Hands-on experience with property management systems (Yardi Voyager preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume priorities
