Overview
New Leaf Brokerage is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a senior broker who has hit a ceiling within their current firm and is ready to grow, lead, and build a team with full operational and marketing support.
New Leaf Brokerage has operated successfully for five years as both a commercial real estate brokerage and a business brokerage. Despite broader economic slowdowns, our diversified deal flow has supported continued growth. In 2025, we were recognized as the 18th fastest-growing privately owned business in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal.
Responsibilities- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of brokers
- Generate and oversee deal flow across commercial asset types
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards
- Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives
- Utilize company systems, marketing, and administrative resources
- Prior experience in commercial real estate brokerage required
- Active real estate license in North Carolina (and South Carolina preferred)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
- Desire to grow a team and pursue long-term partnership
