TRC Talent - Talent Acquisition SpecialistAn established and expanding Commercial Real Estate firm in Charlotte is currently seeking a talented Senior Property Manager to join their team. You will oversee a dynamic portfolio of office and retail spaces throughout the Charlotte area. This role offers a salary of up to $120K plus bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and tenant relations for all properties.
- Communicating with property owners and internal staff.
- Quarterly/Monthly visits of tenants.
- Oversee and enforce lease agreements.
- Prepare annual budget for each property including year-end reconciliations.
- Manage the vendor bids and track all vendor contracts.
- Assist with the selection of external vendors for the assigned project and maintain positive relationships with the vendors.
- Responsible for evaluation and administration of all building maintenance service contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years property management work experience.
- NC and SC Real Estate licenses preferred.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Seniority level
