Showcase Realty, LLC is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Charlotte, NC, US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting potential buyers with our listings, guiding them through the buying process, and providing valuable advice as they make important decisions. With your help, we are looking to expand our reach to Spanish-speaking buyers and to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships with Spanish language speakers in the real estate market, including communicating and staying current with local market conditions and trends.

Provide Spanish language consultation and advice to colleagues and clients throughout the entire real estate process.

Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in a Spanish-language environment.

Prepare marketing materials and organize property listing information in Spanish.

Participate in open houses, meetings, and events to proactively promote real estate services to the Spanish language community.

Qualifications:

Licensed real estate agent in the United States.

Bilingual:
Spanish and English language fluency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven success in sales and customer service.

US Work Authorization.

Must have a valid Real Estate License.

Compensation:

$65,000+
