Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Media & Marketing professional in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing media and marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects, managing content creation, overseeing client communications, and supporting sales efforts with innovative marketing campaigns.
Qualifications- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong skills in Real Estate Development and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to create and manage marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC housing market is preferred
