Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers → convert to signed agreements & identify homes
  • Consult with sellers → convert to listings & market homes effectively
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
  • Conduct 4+ open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team coaching
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
