- You get 7.5% of net profit on wholesale deals
- $1,500 flat fee for land or flip projects purchased by the company

Greensboro/Winston-Salem - SITS REMOTE
- This position requires daily and weekly travel to the surrounding areas for appointments (1.5 hour radius)

The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and securing real estate opportunities, including wholesale deals, land purchases, and property flips. This role focuses on building relationships with homeowners to acquire properties, while also engaging with investors to ensure deals meet their criteria. Daily activities include attending property evaluations, following up with homeowners, cold calling targeted lists, and maintaining an organized CRM with up-to-date notes and tasks.
Success in this position requires strong communication, proactive prospecting, consistent appointment attendance, and effective time management. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership of performance, adaptability to technology, and a collaborative mindset, while participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with goals.
- Attending scheduled appointments with homeowners to evaluate properties.
- Following up with homeowners after appointments to maintain communication and move forward with potential deals.
- Cold calling targeted lists and old leads to generate new appointments.
- CRM review to ensure no red tasks or past due steps, keeping all aspects of CRM up to date (notes, tasks, calls, next steps)
- Meetings as required:
- Weekly Acquisitions Department Meeting
- Daily Pipeline and Deal Review call
- Weekly Acquisition Training
- Weekly Transaction Review call
- Clear and effective communication with all team members
- Extreme ownership of performance
- Active and continual prospecting to fill the pipeline with self-generated leads
- High appointment attendance with no missed appointments
- Maintaining a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and brainstorming ways to make things work
- Efficient time management
- Fostering a positive, team-oriented culture where feedback is encouraged
- Self-education and requesting support as needed
- Basic tech-savviness and adaptability to new software or applications
