Carolina Realty Advisors, a well-established local real estate company, is seeking experienced and licensed Real Estate Agents to join our successful team. Due to our proven track record in converting leads, and closing sales, we have secured partnerships with two of the industry's largest companies, providing us with hundreds of inbound, live leads. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can transform these leads into clients and successfully close sales.

• An average of 50+/- qualified leads per month, per agent
• Top-tier sales training based on Sandler Sales Training Systems in order to enhance your conversion rate.
• A team-driven, fun work environment where feedback and mutual support are encouraged.
• Support of a Showing Agent to assist with client showings.
• Paid seat in Follow Up Boss as your CRM and Marketing tool.
• Paid Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance.

• Valid North Carolina Real Estate License (also SC is helpful)
• Mindset:
  Must be coachable, positive, and strong drive to be successful
• Experience:
  
  Ideally at least 3 years in Real Estate Sales, would consider newly licensed agents from sales or teaching background.
