Compensation

Living in Charlotte NC provided pay range. Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Living in Charlotte NC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of North Carolina
  • Knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market and local neighborhoods

  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn $100k+ in the first year
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
