Quality & Methods Specialist; m​/f​/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to verify adherence to quality requirements
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Service) to resolve quality‑related issues
• Train and guide personnel on quality procedures, tools, and best practices
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance KPIs, audit results, and related corrective actions
• Analyze and resolve non‑conformities and customer complaints
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Six Sigma
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Maintain and improve quality management systems (QMS) and related documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector
• Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
• Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle)
• Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is considered a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
